If all goes well, this is where we will be going. The goal: Flip the house in 6 months! The house needs some work, but I think we are up to it. Perhaps this blog will become a way to keep track of our progress.

Hey Mr.Robinson im sitting in your class right now but i have to leave you a comment i think you should just stay in that house and dont move after 6 months fix it all up and enjoy it

Well, that is a possibility I guess, but not the plan. However, we have discovered that after only 6 months, the capital gains tax is enormous. After a year, it is not too bad. Why don't you come over and help us fix it up?
