Picture A Day - May 31

We start the month of "Picture A Day" with the girls in their pajamas sitting in the red chair. I decided it would be a good way to end it also.

Picture A Day - May 30

Callie was driving her Dora jeep around the yard. She was afraid to steer. She drove it in a straight line out to the fence. Ryan turned it around and on the way back, she was afraid she would run into the shed, so she pulled the jeep back. That is a pretty big task considering the back wheels don't roll very well. She was pretty tired after that.

Chloe was pretending to be a puppy dog. She even gets down on her hands and knees and crawls around barking.

Chloe just loves to open and empty the bottom drawer of the dresser. These are Callie's clothes, so Callie sometimes gets upset with her. These clothes get washed often, even when they are not dirty. My motto is "If in doubt, wash it!"

Chloe just loves "working" on the computer. If given the opportunity, she will be next to the computer pushing the keys on the keyboard and playing with the mouse. She just loves it.

I know this picture is not very clear, but I just wanted to share with you some of the crazy things our girls do. If you look at the gift bag, you can see a little bit of a head sticking out. Callie was a gift. They love to play like that. It is always someone's birthday.

We had some friends over on Memorial Day. It rained. The boy who lives across the street was playing in the rain and in the stream of water that ran down the street. The girls loved watching him. Once he found he had an audience, he really entertained them. They laughed and laughed. I thought this picture was just so cute of my 3 girls and their friend looking out the window. We had a good time.

Unfortunately I did not take a single picture on May 24. I even looked for that date in previous years. How sad!

But, Ryan did take video of the girls on May 24th. You can view it in the right side bar of the blog. They grow up so fast.

Picture A Day - May 23

May 23 is my birthday. I enjoyed it by going shopping, going out to supper with my wonderful husband while my parents watched the girls and then my in-laws came to visit. It was a great day. Here is a picture of Callie while Grandma and Grandpa were here.

Since I forgot to take a picture on May 22, 2009, I decided to post a picture from May 22, 2008. This is Chloe a year ago. She has changed a lot in just one year.

The girls got out their superhero capes tonight. It was nice to see them having fun. Of course, Cassidy is our little model. She almost always poses for the camera.

This morning I was cleaning up the kitchen and turned to see Chloe with an armful of dirty clothes from the bedroom. I quickly got her a basket to put them in. She did a great job. She even went back to get more. I didn't even ask her to get them. I guess she figured I was cleaning up and I would probably want to wash the clothes. She is such a good girl.

I also wanted to say "HAPPY BIRTHDAY" to my Dad. He turned 52 today.

Here are the girls getting ready for bed. We try to always say our prayer before bed. After that, Cassidy and Callie lay in bed and listen to their cd. Chloe still gets special treatment. She gets rocked to sleep.

The girls played outside when their Grandparents visited. They had a great time. Chloe wore Grandpa out with the slide. She cried when he finally stopped putting her on the slide. Cassidy and Callie had Grandma looking for 4 leaf clovers. Cassidy found one while they were here. It was a nice visit.

Cassidy "accidentally" buckled Callie in Chloe's swing. I think they were just playing around. Cassidy can fasten the swing, but cannot unfasten the swing. I had to get her out. When I saw her, I just had to take a picture, she looked so big in that swing.

I forgot to take a picture for May 15th, so I am posting a drawing Cassidy made instead.

Ryan and my anniversary was on May 11th. Cassidy drew a picture for us and gave it to us for our anniversary. I thought it was very sweet.

I decided to put this of Ryan doing a spinning crescent kick today. In order to get in better shape, Ryan takes Tae Kwon Do.

Chloe was so quiet for so long, I had to check on her. She had taken stickers out of a sticker book and put them mainly on her forehead. She was so proud of herself. She is a funny one.

This was just such a sweet picture, I just had to take it. Seeing my husband loving on my daughter makes my heart happy.
