Happy St. Patrick's Day!

St. Patrick is the patron saint of Ireland. He converted from paganism to Christianity after being held as a slave. After escaping from slavery, he went on to study in the monastery, and eventually made his way back to Ireland to win souls. He was arrested and persecuted several times. He established several monasteries and schools.

A lot of tales surround St. Patrick. For example, it is said that drove out all the snakes from Ireland. It is also said that he used the shamrock (three-leaf clover) as an illustration of the Trinity.

Today St. Patrick’s Day is celebrated in many places throughout the world! So, Happy St. Patrick's Day!
